Very nice house for a really competitive price!
Just outside the border of the Baranya county and just inside Somogy is the small village of Patosfa. It is a typical Hungarian village. There are still some basic facilities available but the distance to Kaposvár is around 35 km and the smaller town of Szigetvár can be reached in just under 15 minutes. Here you can find the famous supermarkets Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Spar etc. The area is surrounded with lots of nature and you still have plenty of space here. The nice thing is that there is a campsite in the village that is run by a Dutch couple. This always provides extra exercise in the village! And don’t forget the various thermal baths in the immediate vicinity!
The classic Hungarian house has a living space of approximately 74 m2 and there is a living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, utility room and a wine cellar. The whole is in a neat and immediately habitable state even according to Western European standards. In 2007 the house was renovated and during the renovation the water and electricity lines were renewed, the windows and doors were replaced by double glazing and the kitchen and bathroom were renewed. The spacious plot of 2144 m2 contains various useful outbuildings including a barn and garage / carport and one has a beautiful panoramic view from the rear over the rolling landscape (characteristic of this village and surroundings)
Electricity and water is present and the drainage runs through a septic tank. For heating there is a typical Hungarian tile stove. Internet and TV connection is possible.
Just a neat, decent and in good condition home for a really very competitive price!
Available from 15-8-2019!
