Typical Hungarian house with work!
In the beautiful Bükk mountains lies the village Nagyvisnyó. Here are several basic facilities available such as a convenience store and a supermarket. Eger is about 30 km (35 minutes by car) and Szilvásvárad is just 5 km away. Near the village (about 3 km) is also a fish pond.
The house, built of stone, itself is a renovationproject, but it is definitely worth it because it is not so easy to find a typical Hungarian farmhouse with such beautiful pillars. You must reckon with an additional cost for the renovation. The living area is 90 m2 and there are four rooms. There is no bathroom and / or toilet. The 30 m2 garage could possibly be drawn to the house. There are many original features exist such as the wooden ceilings and windows.
On the plot of 825 m2 are also some outbuildings.
Electricity and water are available and there is no drainage. Water comes from a private well, but the water and sewer are already on the plot and could be connected to the house. For heating there is a wood burner. Internet and TV is possible.
Truly a “project” but when everything is ready you have a special place!
