(Almost) a new build in a small village in a beautiful setting!
Close to town Szigetvár (about 18 km) lies the small village Ibafa . The area is hilly and quiet. The village lies between the Transdanubian hills and the hills of Zselic.
Here one can truly relax without one feels completely secluded. The village has a small local shop but in the nearby larger village Bükkösd (35 km) are more shops. Pécs and Kaposvár are at a distance of 40-45 km.
This house, built of stone, was built in 2009 and still needs to be finished somewhat but 98% of the house is ready.
